Gypsum Caverns, southern branch, east-bound[edit | edit source]

Ascending a muddy boulder slope leads to an easy crawl and a short section of stooping passage. This leads to a pot in the floor, with the stream audible below. The pot is best passed by crawling on a ledge to the left, to a point where it is possible to straddle the rift and descend back to the floor.

Easy walking and stooping in a mud-floored passage reaches a chamber. Ascending boulders to the left leads to a window by stals. A short section of passage leads to the top of a boulder slope, leading down to a T-junction, at the confluence of the two branches.
