Gypsum Caverns, northern branch, west-bound[edit | edit source]
Stooping passage soon returns to walking, with good formations. A chamber with a well decorated roof is met. [At the bottom of the chamber are crawls.] Traversing across the chamber, to the left, leads to a 2.5m hand-line climb up. A short section of passage leads to a short greasy slope down. Ahead enters a chamber, over-looked by a balcony, 4m up. The two branches re-join here.
- To the left leads back along the southern branch.
- To the right, an ascent route leads up onto the balcony, leading towards Holbeck Junction.
