Poetic Justice to Battle of Britain Chamber[edit | edit source]

Upstream from the Poetic Passage pitch is a pleasant stream passage, often dry, with good formations. After about 10m, the stream passage splits. [Ahead, both passages choke.] The way to Battle of Britain lies just before the split, to the right of a boulder on a ledge, marked by a 30cm high stal pillar, and shortly after some stal bosses on the right. A slot ascends 1.5m into a rift crawl. After about 5m, the passage bends left, into a small boulder chamber. To the right is a squeeze round a left-hand corner, back into the line of the previous passage. This leads into a 2m-wide boulder-strewn passage, containing some stal flow and straws. Ahead, a gap between boulders leads into Battle of Britain Chamber.
